2. Data collection
Contact information
When you submit the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and any details you provide, solely to answer your message.
Booking information
If you book a session, scheduling is handled via Cal.com and synced with my calendar (Google Calendar). For online sessions a Google Meet link is created automatically. In this process your name, email address and appointment details are processed by Cal.com and Google. See the privacy policies of Cal.com and Google.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card details. See the Stripe privacy policy.
Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich (Germany). Server log files (IP address, time, requested page) may be processed for security and operation of the site.
Free exercise video
The free drawing exercise page embeds a video hosted on YouTube (operated by Google Ireland Limited). The video does not load automatically. It only starts, and only then contacts YouTube, once you press play. Playback uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which limits but does not fully rule out data processing by Google, including your IP address. See the Google privacy policy.
3. Use of data
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To manage and process bookings, appointments and course purchases.
- To send marketing communications, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Legal bases (GDPR)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), e.g. for marketing emails.
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), to deliver booked services and courses.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), site security and operation.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), accounting or tax records.
4. Data storage and retention
Personal data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. invoicing, tax). Data may be processed in Switzerland and/or the EU. If data is transferred outside Switzerland/EU/EEA via third-party tools, appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) are used where required.
5. Sharing of personal data
I do not sell or trade your data. I only share data when necessary to provide my services or comply with legal obligations: scheduling (Cal.com, Google), payments (Stripe), hosting and email providers, and authorities when required by law.
6. Your rights (GDPR and Swiss FADP)
- Access, request a copy of your data.
- Rectification, correct inaccuracies.
- Erasure, request deletion where applicable.
- Restriction and objection, limit or object to certain processing.
- Data portability, receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent, opt out of marketing at any time.

7. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics. The embedded Cal.com booking widget may set technically necessary cookies required for the booking process. The free exercise page embeds a YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode. No connection to YouTube is made, and no related cookies are set, until you actively press play.
8. Visitor statistics (Matomo)
I use Matomo, an open-source analytics tool, to understand how this website is used, for example which pages are visited, how many visits there are, which country visitors come from, and what type of device they use.
Matomo runs on my own server at my hosting provider in Germany (ALL-INKL.COM). No visitor data is passed on to third parties or transferred to third countries.
Matomo is configured without cookies, so no cookies are set for this purpose and no cookie banner is needed.
IP addresses are stored only in shortened, anonymised form. The resulting statistics are aggregated and cannot be traced back to an individual visitor.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in privacy-friendly, data-sparing traffic measurement.
9. Changes to this policy
I may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
