About Ramunė
I found a language without words.
I am Ramunė, a certified Neurographica Specialist, Neurographica Instructor & Aesthetic Coach in training, and someone who has always looked for meaningful ways to connect with myself and others. I guide sessions in English and Lithuanian, online and in person in Zurich.
The journey
The quieter part kept calling.
For many years, I built a fulfilling career while the creative part of me quietly waited. I had always loved painting, ceramics, and creating with my hands. Whenever I immersed myself in making something, hours would pass unnoticed. Yet, like many of us, I often placed that part of myself behind everything that seemed more important.
Things began to shift during a retreat in Bali. For the first time in a long while, I gave myself permission to slow down, notice, and simply be. Surrounded by the island's architecture, patterns, and textures, I felt my creativity gently begin to return.
Soon after, I discovered Neurographica. The flowing lines, the structure, and the possibility of giving shape to thoughts and emotions felt like the missing link between psychology, creativity, and meaningful personal growth.
Throughout that journey, my cat was often curled beside me. For twenty years, she was a quiet reminder to slow down, observe, and simply be present. Her silhouette now lives in my logo as a tribute to the calm, curiosity, and gentle presence she brought into my life.
Today, Neurographica is more than a method for me. It is how I return to myself, and how I help others do the same, with care, creativity, and respect for whatever chapter of life they are in.

What I believe
One drawing at a time.
There is no need to create a beautiful drawing. It only needs to be honest enough to show you something. My role is to create a safe and supportive space, hold the structure of the process, and guide you with thoughtful questions that help you discover your own insights.
Alongside my work as a certified Neurographica Specialist and my training as a Neurographica Instructor, I am also training in Neurographica Aesthetic Coaching, the coaching branch of the method taught at Dr. Pavel Piskarev's institute. This approach enriches the way I guide my sessions, bringing together creativity, perception, and reflection to create a calm, attentive space where meaningful insights can emerge.
The aesthetic side is more than decoration: research in neuroaesthetics shows that intense aesthetic experience engages the brain's default mode network, the system involved in self-reflection (Vessel, Starr & Rubin, Frontiers in Human Neuroscience), and aesthetic emotion has been linked to psychological wellbeing (Mastandrea et al., Frontiers in Psychology).
