Drawing as a path to inner clarity

This is not about making art. It is about letting the pen lead.

For me, mindful drawing is a way to slow down and listen, to yourself, your body, your thoughts. You can arrive stressed, confused or simply curious, with a clear topic or none at all. I guide the process, gently and without judgement, and we discover what unfolds on the page.

What happens in a session

One line at a time.

Neurographica is a structured drawing method developed by Dr. Pavel Piskarev. It combines a goal, challenge, or question that matters to you with lines, rounded intersections, and colour. As the drawing evolves, your perspective on the topic often evolves with it.

Arriving in the session

We begin with a short exercise to help you arrive fully, a soft landing so body, mind and attention can settle into the space.

Clarifying intention

Together we name what feels important right now, a feeling, a situation, a question, and align the drawing process with your intention.

Guided drawing

I guide you step by step through the drawing, combining lines, shapes and mindful attention. No drawing skills are needed, only your presence.

Reflection & next steps

Moments of reflection are woven throughout. At the end we look at what has shifted and how you can carry your insights into daily life.

Your guide

A quieter way to meet what matters.

Hello, I am Ramunė, a certified Neurographica Specialist, Neurographica Instructor & Aesthetic Coach in training.

For many years I built a strong career while a quieter part of me kept calling, the part that felt alive working with my hands and colour. Neurographica became the missing link between psychology, creativity and the kind of change that begins from within.

Before you begin

Good to know.

Do I need any drawing skills?

No. Neurographica uses simple lines and shapes. Curiosity matters much more than artistic experience.

What do I need for an online session?

Paper, a black marker or fineliner and a few colourful text highlighters or pencils. A quiet place where you feel undisturbed helps.

Is this therapy?

Mindful drawing can feel supportive, but it is not psychotherapy. I am not a psychologist, psychotherapist or medical practitioner, and a session is not a diagnosis, a treatment or a substitute for medical or psychological care.

Which languages are available?

Sessions are available in English and Lithuanian.

Where do sessions take place?

Online sessions use Google Meet. In-person sessions and events take place in Zurich, Switzerland.

What does a session cost?

The discovery call is free. A deep 1:1 session is CHF 240 for around two hours. The Basic User Course is CHF 390 and group event tickets are announced with each event.

Your first line can be simple.
