Choose quiet
Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.
How it works
A mindful drawing session with me is more than learning a technique, it is a quiet, guided space to reconnect with yourself through simple lines, shapes and reflection. You do not need any drawing background. We move gently, at your pace.
The four phases
Every session follows the same structured flow, giving you the freedom to focus on your experience while I guide the process.
We begin by settling into the session, checking in, and introducing the topic you have brought with you.
Through a short guided exercise, we turn your topic into a clear intention that will guide the drawing.
I lead you step by step through the Neurographica process using lines, shapes, colour, and reflection. You simply follow the process, stay curious, and observe what unfolds.
At the end of the session, we pause to reflect on your experience and the insights from your drawing. You may choose to share your reflections or simply take them with you.
I teach and guide every session personally, as a certified Neurographica Specialist, Neurographica Instructor & Aesthetic Coach in training. New to the method? Start with what Neurographica is, see what it can support, or bring a real question into a guided 1:1 session.
How to prepare
Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.
Have paper ready, plus markers, coloured pencils or text highlighters.
Plan for around 60 to 90 minutes that you can dedicate just to yourself.
Bring your presence, curiosity and a willingness to explore what appears on the page.
My materials tip: white A4 paper of at least 120 g works best, and a drawing pad or a smaller A5 sheet is fine too. Add black felt-tip pens in a couple of widths, one broader marker of 2 to 5 mm, and coloured pencils with a sharpener. Waterproof ink is recommended for the black pens and markers, also sold as permanent markers.
