Wellbeing Tree

Thursday, 24 September 2026

mesme, a nail wrap studio in Zurich, and Peruda, a Swiss natural skincare brand, open their doors for one evening. Monica, who founded Peruda, tells how her products came to be. I guide the creative part.

In the Wellbeing Tree session you draw your own tree, step by step. Roots, trunk, branches: each part carries a question about where you stand and what is growing. We draw, we pause, and we look at what appeared on the page. No drawing experience is needed and all materials are there.

Around the drawing there is a welcome drink, an apéro, the Peruda range to try and mesme nail wraps to test. The group stays small, so there is room to talk.

Themes we explore

Draw around what matters to you.

Each session is built around a meaningful theme, such as personal development, financial independence or a healthier lifestyle. We draw with intention and mindful presence, so every line becomes a quiet conversation with your inner world.

Two ways to gather

Join a group. Or bring your own.

Open events

Come as you are.

Every so often I host an open session around a shared theme, sometimes on my own, sometimes with partners, as on 24 September. Small groups draw for around 90 minutes, each following their own insight, with a shared reflection at the end.

Private groups

Make it yours.

Gather your team, friends or retreat group for a closed session shaped around a theme that fits you. Tell me the context and I will design a complete drawing experience around your group.

Why join a group session

Your own path, held by a shared energy.

Drawing together can amplify your insights, strengthen your creative energy and remind you that you are not alone on your journey. Group sessions offer shared experience, encouragement and the simple joy of creating side by side.

You leave with new perspectives from the shared reflections and a visual reminder of your own inner process.

Every group is guided by me personally, as a certified Neurographica Specialist, Neurographica Instructor & Aesthetic Coach in training.

“I was amazed how much clarity I gained from just one session, and the group energy made it even more powerful.”
Marianne

Looking back

The first chapter is still ahead.

After 24 September this is where the evening will stay, with a few images and a short note on how it went. Every event that follows will find its place here too.

Your next line

Bring drawing to your group.

Tell me who the session is for, what you want it to hold and roughly when. I will shape the rest.
